Breeyan was professional, yet caring. She represented us as the Sellers, even though she brought the Buyer to the table and the Buyer knew she represented us. She gave us excellent advice on negotiations, on how to get rid of excess furniture (which she helped with), on ways to save on our taxes and what we needed to do to prepare the house for sale. She kept us from spending money that was not necessary to spend. Breeyan was always timely with paperwork and guiding us on our necessary completion dates for information we needed to provide. We had a contract on our home within 2 days of listing it with Breeyan and that contract went through. We have since recommended Breeyan to other friends and they are also happy with her service.
