We met Nina at an open house in 2019. Right away we knew we the time came, she was the realtor we wanted to sell our house. We were having a house built in the summer of 2020 and the builder's realtor was useless. Nina took the the time to help us even though she wasn't getting paid. When we put our house on the market she took the stress out of a stressful situation. Her skills and knowledge were exceptional. Here's the bottom line, we felt we were working with a friend, not someone we hired.

She provided us help information when we didnt know what to ask or what we were looking at.

She communicated what we wanted to other parties. She never pushed her narrative. She made sure what we wanted was communicated.
