We absolutely loved working with Tara! She spent a lot of time with us explaining how the market works right now and really listening to what our goals are. It made it so that when we started looking at houses we really felt like she was looking out for what we wanted. She is a wealth of knowledge about the Hot Springs area and really helped us get a feel for what neighborhoods would be a good fit for us. I am picky and it took several months for a home to come along that checked all our boxes. She was always patient with us and never pressured us into a sale. We ended up making several offers before we finally found the right house. When we went under contract she kept us informed and was proactive about telling us what to expect and how to navigate the bumps we ran into along the way. She is a skilled negotiator and got us what we wanted while maintaining a peaceful relationship with the other side of the transaction. She anticipated several issues and was able to get them resolved quickly. The entire experience, start to finish, went so smoothly and we made it to closing in just 30 days! I didn't think it was possible but, because of her, we did. If you are looking for an honest realtor who really represents you and knows her stuff, be sure to give her a call. I am glad we did!

Tara kept her eyes open for what I had told her we were looking for in a home, outbuildings, and property. Over a course of a few months We looked within about a 75 mile radius area from my old home. In three different directions! She drove all over, and knew most of the areas fairly well. If she was out and spotted something she thought might interest us, she contacted me. I did most of my hunting online, then she would contact the sellers, saving me the task. Finally, after numerous viewings that just didn't quite do the trick for one reason or another, I saw a home online that was for sale by owner, and she graciously contacted them, set up the viewing, and handled everything professionally. We loved the house, and she negotiated the deal, and we all walked away satisfied. Very Satisfied. I absolutely love my new home, and I recommend Tara Norwood.
