Valerie found us the right property, and saw to it that the details of the transaction were fully disclosed and explained. However, she went well beyond that. She responded to numerous phone calls, texts and eamils as we attempted to locate a suitable property in Ruidoso vicinity while still living in California. She was unfialingly polite and patient as she described the locations and the individual properties. She even did a live video walk through for us as we began to settle on a particular property. After contract was signed, she reamined fully involved - helping us secure a competent local inspector, and even going so far a to help us find transition acomodations locally as we awited the close of escrow. She even managed to negotiate early access to the home so we could store furnishings in the garage to save a double load / unload of our furnishings, and helped us secure an early close to the escrow. In short, she was a professioonal and accomplished agent who worked hard on our behalf, but she went well beyond what one could reasonably expect to help us make the cross country transition as seamless as possible. Her excellence as a broker rates five stars accross the board. Her willingness to go above and beyond to facilitate the process for us was extraordiany and deserving of an additional 5 stars if there were a way I could add them.

Val is Exceptional at her job. Being able to connect with people in order for them to place complete trust in a Realtor is not an easy task however Val makes it look easy.
