We were so lucky to be able to work with Kim, especially as first-time homebuyers! Kim helped us understand every step of the home buying process and the terminology that goes along with it. We had such an amazing experience with Kim as our realtor as both a buyer of a new property and the seller of our home! She is highly knowledgeable, and was proactive in making sure each step of the buying and selling process was smooth. Another realty company had suggested we wait until spring to list our home, but Kim had our old home under contract in 10 days (including the Thanksgiving holiday) for $25,000 more than the other realtor had advised listing at. In addition, we had 2 competing offers submitted at the same time as ours for the home we purchased. She made sure we had a competitive offer, and we ended up with the home we wanted. Kim was instrumental in helping me find my new home.
