I can't even put in to words how amazing Jachel Small is. She truly was and is a rock star! Regardless of the time or day, she was quick to answer and be there for us. She made finding a home easy! Our situation was a little unusual however, that did not stop her from going above and beyond all expectations for us. We were living in Florida and needed to find a home ASAP in the DC area. This was no hurdle for Jachel and she made us feel comfortable every single step of the way. Within a month, we were blessed with a home! She was open and honest, plus she was quick to learn what we were looking for in a home. We never once saw the house in person until we closed. Where do I start!?! Ok highlights first. 1. VA loan master! 2. I put no money down 3. Didn't pay a closing cost 4. And I made over $1,000.00 in cash at closing. 5. Closed in 27 days!
Okay so in addition to making money at closing; did I mention that she secured a 2 year Home Warranty for the home that came from the sellers contribution.
Jachel is the hardest working person in real estate in my opinion. I can't count how many times I got critical updates from her before I woke up in the morning and while I was asleep at night.
Forgive me Jachel if this comes out the wrong way but she is a BULLDOG! - Whenever I had a issue with anything or anyone during the during this process; Jachel was the to make sure my interest was secured and I wasn't being taken advantage of. She did all of this professionally too (a trait I don't exercise often). So I'm grateful I had her by my side.
I think she might be a mind reader too because after the first day; we were synced with what I was looking for in a home.
So the point of having a realtor these days seem useless for the amount of technology accessible today right? I WAS SO WRONG!!! Jachel made my life so easy and relaxed when it came to all of the little and big things that you think you know but really don't! She seen things though an unbiased view; not the "in love with this house!" view.
