Despite my initial reservations after interviewing Nicole along with three other realtors, Nicole was by far the best realtor I could have to handle matters before, during and after listing, viz.painting ceiling of master bathroom , staging and quick attention to any issues or questions from potential buyers and actual buyer. She kept me, my son Michael Vigil, a realtor in Milwaukee, WI, and daughter Aimee Matchette, POA for legal matters, abreast of all issues surrounding the sale process. The entire process of closing went through without any major difficulties. There was only one issue from the seller to change closing date that was accepted with a compensation fee from the buyer. This was the first time I sold a house, which was handled with exceptional professionalism by Nicole. I recommend her unconditionally!
