Bob Lang was my sanity in this whole experience, he kept my lenders moving forward, kept the seller and us as a buyer happy. He was fair and in contact everday to keep us updated on what was happening. I will chose Bob again when we start looking for commercial property and will send all my family and friends to him for buying or selling property. He is a man of action and will provide a service that is fair for the buyer and the seller. Thank you Bob for getting us through the process and into our new home.

Bob was GREAT in keeping touch. Even if he did not have a property that he thought would work, he let us know what was new on market and said he would keep looking till he found us what we were looking for. GREAT COMMUNICATION/FOLLOW UP SKILLS!

Spoke with Robert in passing at my place of employment and our conversation led to me being interested in 30, 40 to 50 acres, preferred to have no structures on land, but would consider if location and property were what we were looking for. Robert started forwarding listings of vacant land that day. My wife and I actually drove to a couple of the locations to check them out. We looked at several different properties Robert offered with in the county. We looked at a three parcel section of land near Hubbard Lake, the property was great but land locked and the road was difficult to get back to the property. I had called Robert that Sunday afternoon and advised him this property would not work due to those two factors. The next morning Monday April 24th, Robert sent me two additional listings, the 30 acres on Scott Road we were VERY interested in by the pictures offered and location. I spent the entire afternoon looking at the pictures over and over, and doing other research on the property as well, by that evening after dinner I called Robert and requested a physical tour of the property. It was nothing but cold and rain all that week, but I requested to view the property immediately. An appointment was set for Thursday May 27th at 6:30 pm, and Robert would meet us there. Robert was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions, if he didn't know something, he advised he would check on it and call me back. He always called back! We knew how the real estate market has been going and knew others would be interested in this property as well. We requested to view the property that Tuesday evening if possible instead of Thursday. Robert received permission from the current owner and that Tuesday evening despite the weather, we walked the property. This is what we have been looking for, a section of property big enough to hunt and build on, yet close enough from town and heavily wooded with hard wood. I was speaking with Robert as we walked the property and I was impressed, with all the rain we had, the property seemed to drain well. I requested Robert to put a bid in on this property that evening. Robert sent my wife and I an email with the required bid paper work, and once we drove back home we completed it and Robert submitted it. Over the next couple of days, we were on pins and needles waiting for a response, and in the meantime I had to get my credit approval from our local credit union and by Thursday of that same week (original tour day) everything was submitted. The seller accepted our offer and we were grateful! Over the next week or so, Robert kept us informed how things were going and when the property inspection should be completed. Wendy at HPC kept us informed as well, and was extremely helpful. On May 16th we signed for the property. We are grateful to Robert at Century 21 Northland, and Wendy at HPC Credit Union for their work in helping us obtain this property. It most likely will be a good year before we will start to build, as we have to clear a section of the property to build. So looking forward to this new adventure and building a log home on this property.

Bob is thorough, and helped us along the way, he always answered the phone or immediately returned the call if he was on the other line. Very knowledgeable of the housing market.
