Ashley did a fantastic job for us in selling our house! Because the market is still so hot, we had considered selling it ourselves, but after meeting with her and getting her expert property valuation, we decided to list with her and sold it for considerably MORE than what I thought it was worth--more than enough to pay the RE commission I thought I might save. There may be a time when you can sell on your own, but today's market isn't the time to experiment. It can cost you tens of thousands of dollars!
She was professional throughout the process, with some great advice at closing and even for several days afterward when I asked her to help with picking up some left-behind property after we had already moved out of the area. She was all over it!
Bottom line... if you need a Realtor to represent you either buying or selling property, I highly recommend Ashley. I can't imagine anyone else doing a better job than she did! 2022
My experience with Ashely as my real estate agent was amazing! She was prompt, available, and responsive. Ashleys professionalism quickly lowered my concerns of selling my house while living in different state. She advised me on different decisions with the sale of my home. We had the absolute best experience with Ashley (and her husband, Chris), and cant rave about her enough. In fact, I recommend her every time I have an opportunity. Met her at an open house while my mother-in-law was in town searching for a home to purchase. I loved that Ashley was kind and attentive, but didnt follow us around, harass us for contact information, or otherwise act like a typical salesperson might. My mother-in-law immediately noticed the same, appreciated that, and spent the remainder of her time in town working with Ashley to find a property. After her experience, we let Ashley assist with the sale of our home.
Ashley works hard to earn loyal customers. Shes extremely responsive, knowledgeable, has a person for anything you might need (plumber, contractor, electrician, etc.), and ultimately, what won us over, is that shes just genuine and kind. She goes above and beyond, and has top-notch customer service skills. She sent my MIL a care package before a vacation, has hand-delivered Thanksgiving pies to us, and randomly surprises us with little thoughtfuls at various times. Buying a house is a hassle, and definitely a mess of emotion. Mixing in the mess of being in the middle of a pandemic and being a young buyer in a fast paced market doesn't help any of it. The mortgage lender asked if I had a specific realtor in mind, and in my current career I work around a lot of them. I told them no. They gave me Ashley. I was definitely worried and extremely anxious. The first time I met Ashley, Chris accompanied her. Ashley has been so helpful and thorough through the whole process. She's so full of knowledge and her attitude is inspiring. She's got an extreme attention to detail. She's one of the few realtors that I know of that I can go a week or longer without sharing a word, and trust that she is behind the scenes giving her all. In most cases, she made it feel like I was her only client. She even has a list of businesses that she has found do honest and dependable work! That's made the process even stress free if something were to come up.
I haven't spoken with Chris much; but them being a team and sharing their knowledge and experience is evident. If there was ever a problem that Chris knew more of, Chris would be right there helping out.
I would DEFINITELY recommend either of these two to guide you on your journey to real estate. Not often you find a realtor that will fight for you, not in my experience. 2020
