Kyle is the best realtor on the big island of Hawaii. He asked the questions we wanted to but didnt know hows to without sounding like a nag..
For example we didnt have screens on the home and he asked to make sure wed have some; he also asked for some repairs to be done on our newly built home that we seen unacceptable but wasnt quite sure if we could even make such requests. In the end of that he got all of our requests done as well as a $5k credit!! Which we received along with the repairs.
He goes above and beyond and treats you like family. We lived on a neighbor island and when I/we had to fly in he was always there to pick us up from the airport and take us to our home inspections and even showed us around the town and took us to the subdivision longhouse, so we knew where to go for our postal service and home owners association dues etc.
You see its not just about a sale; its about being happy where you live and feeling comfortable. Kyle shared and did so much more than he shouldve and he loves his job!
We couldnt make it to the closing and he traveled 2hrs drive to close for us and left our keys with a lock box so we would have when we got to the house.
After one week in our new home, Kyle came to our house with warming gifts for me, my husband and 3 kids, groceries and non perishables, bath stuff and so much more! That was totally appreciated and made us feel special, comfortable and it helped a great great deal!
We moved during the pandemic and most things were closed and we had a 14 day quarantine so were unable to leave our property after arriving, and Kyle made sure we were ok and had everything we needed.
