We just moved across the country, from MI to the West Coast. Kelli made this seemingly daunting undertaking pleasurable. We had to head west to begin our new home search, while we were out of state, she handled everything for us back in MI. In September of 2020, I was fortunate to be put into contact with Kelli by another realtor to help me find a home in the Kalamazoo area. The 2020 real estate market was good for sellers, but not so for buyers. I met Kelli at an open house and really appreciated her effort to get to know me and understand what qualities I was looking for in a home. I thought it was going to be a seamless process because I had already found a house I wanted to make an offer on. Then, that house had multiple complex issues come up in inspection.
