Sandy Keller of Team Keller Homes has my vote as agent of the year (or century!!). This purchase was so smooth and Sandy communicated with me every step of the way. We purchased during all the craziness of 30 or more multiple offers on every house for sale, and she crafted an offer that was attractive to the sellers in ways other than a ridiculous amount over asking. She also skillfully negotiated with the seller to leave patio furniture, a fountain and a bbq that they had planned to take. When I met my wife 20 years ago being our second marriage I promised her, her own home someday. Between us, we have 5 children and 8 Grandchildren so something special was what I wanted for her. Prescott Arizona is what she wanted so that is what I wanted also. :-) We tried at least 5 agents and no one took us seriously because we both work, own a business in another state, and could not be there to hold their hands to find us a home. Somehow, the angels above led us to Sandy. Wow, what a wonderful person! She went right to work to find something in our price range (I believe she found three) and folks kept coming in behind us and paying a premium cash price and we lost them. Her diligence is overwhelming. The next thing you know she come to us with a home that was brand spanking new for only $25,000 more. Of course, we excepted. Sandy pre-marketed my home by sending out postcards to hundreds of homes in my neighborhood, which resulted in a well-attended open house and a great offer just a couple of days after my house was live on the MLS. She worked with her son David (also a real estate agent) to take care of every detail, and protected my best interest when it became necessary to fight for me. She negotiated extra time for me to stay in my house while I was waiting for my new home to be completed, at no charge to me! Sandy was a joy to work with. We only had a few days visiting Arizona to look at homes and she had quite a few lined up for us to see in Mayer Prescott and Prescott Valley.
