Wow! This guy is incredible in any given situation that is thrown at him. We bought and sold real estate from Maine to Florida and Justin is BY FAR the BEST agent we ever had the pleasure to work with. We were extrememly specific in what we wanted for our retirement home and we found that Justin was personable, attentive to what we needed and WANTED, super knowledgable, a creative problem solver, awesome communicator and remained calm in the thick of it. I have never had such a smooth experience buying a home! I was purchasing from out of state, and had to fly into VA (twice) for a few days to look at homes. That meant I was on a time crunch each time, and nervous as well! Justin was incredibly impressive in the amount of viewings he was able to arrange in such a short time. He kept in mind my budget and I never felt rushed or pressured to make a decision. When I finally found the perfect home, Justin was able to help me line up an inspection and get all the paper work going quickly. He was professional, available, and determined to help me. Justin Rini went above and beyond all of my expectations when my fiance and I were purchasing our first home. He was knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and most importantly he responded quickly with every question and concern we had. We noticed our home go on the market on a Friday evening around 8 pm, texted Justin and he was willing to meet us at the house within 10 minutes and we put in an offer within the hour. Had he not done that, we would not have gotten our house as there were three or more other interested parties lined up the following morning. Justin is truly awesome. A year ago I thought I was ready to purchase a home and when we found out I was not well qualified at the time he worked with me to find a new rental. A year later I called him up to let him know the search was back on! I told him exactly what I wanted (and did not want) and he made it happen. There were always viewing options, flexible schedules and PATIENCE!!! Searching for and purchasing a home is an emotional roller coaster and Justin always had words of encouragement and promised that he would come through and he did just that. So this is a funny story, I found Justin online and just wanted some education on home buying. However, I swore up and down I am NOT buying a house. It became more apparent that the sound and financially wise decision would be to buy. So our adventure began, not only did I find a knowledgeable, patient kind real estate agent. I found a friend, I found someone that in this line of business truly had my best interest at the forefront of the entire process. Justin truly cares about his clients, if you decide not to buy thats cool, if you do awesome. Not once did I ever feel pressured or pushed to change or sway my decision. This was the best happy accident to fall into my lap and im Truly grateful Justin was the one next to me to guide and help me. His professionalism is second to none, his knowledge is well versed. It also helps hes charismatic, but all the while he was incredibly patient and let me steer with my decisions.
