Laura assisted me when listing and selling my home. I have a lot of experience in buying and selling homes...this one was #40 for me, so I can tell you I have a lot of experience with realtors. Laura is professional, detail oriented, and a great communicator which are the top 3 traits for a realtor in my opinion. I was selling a home that I had owned only a short time, and it had had a number of repairs prior to my ownership which came up as a concern to buyers. I had no information on these repairs, but Laura jumped right ok and did some digging and long story short, the house is sold and everything went smoothly. Some houses are easy to sell...mine was not going to be easy, due to its quirks and my needing to sell at top of market. Laura got it done! Very pleasant experience. I recommend her highly.
