If you are looking for a realtor who values his relationships, and who does not take on the persona of a pushy salesperson who is just looking for their next commission, then I can not recommend Pablo strongly enough. From start to finish, Pablo was incredibly professional and went above and beyond in helping us find our home. It was an exhaustively difficult search, and Pablo was more than willing to show us over 20 properties in order for us to find our perfect home. He was incredibly accommodating and flexible, meeting with us on nights and weekends to fit our schedule. He never lost his passion for helping his clients, even when new school zoning forced us to completely and specifically restructure the location of our search, essentially starting us over from scratch after a few weeks of viewing properties.
Pablo was also helpful with our negotiations, and his follow up during the search, while we were waiting our application approval, and even after we moved in has been consistently first class. He even went as far as offering to come to our unit during the day for repairs that were not completed before our move-in date so that we would not have to miss work. There isn't a person in the business who I would recommend more than Pablo, I will be referring any and all family/friends/coworkers his way, and I look forward to working with him again when the time comes for us to purchase our next home.
