In August 2022 we sold our home in Montverde, FL. using Mike McGraw as our agent, What a gift this turned out to be, the vast market knowledge Mr. McGraw is armed with, far exceeded our expectations and provided a smooth transition without any hiccups or hang-ups, this was the first time in twenty two years we needed the service of a real estate agent.

We owned our place for nearly twenty years, but the time finally came to sell our dear home. We searched through dozens of realtors, even met with a few. But something about Mike was different... Special?
He didn't just walk into our home and throw a number and a contract at us, like several others did. Before he even suggested a sales price, he took plenty of time educating us on the housing market, making sure we understood the process, from listing to sale. He actually spent some quality time with us, getting to know us, and our expectations, and making sure we were comfortable with his approach.
He sat down with us and walked through how he wanted to price our home, and why. He came loaded with information on not just the city we were in, but our own neighborhood. After walking through everything, he suggested a price that was within a few thousand dollars of what my wife and I had in mind.
He gave us some pointers on staging and "decluttering," and gave us time to make our home even prettier before scheduling the photographer to come in. And let me tell you, Mike not only knows real estate, and people, but that guy knows photography as well. They came out so beautifully, we almost had second thoughts about selling!
We left town so Mike could get everything handled and start showing our home. He marketed it everywhere that made sense, and we had a few dozen showings in the first few days.
He walked us through the multiple offers we received, and answered our questions tactfully, professionally, and knowledgeably.
Mike kept in contact with us through closing, helping us with anything that could have come up. We still keep in touch. Not because he wants to sell us another home... we moved out of state... but because he's genuinely a nice guy.
We legit can't say enough good things about Mike McGraw. From a plain old average guy, stop looking around and beating your head against the wall out of frustration with others. Seriously. Just call Mike.
