We went through a prolonged and contentious home purchase. Thankfully, both Ruwena and Missy went out of their way on many occasions to keep us informed as to what actions were transpiring and to communicate with the builders agent. They represented us and looked out for our interests. Without those efforts, we would have turned this process over to our attorney to recover the funds we had invested and obtain any additional restitution we could recover. 2023
Missy was wonderful to work with! Our process took over 4 months and we had a lot of bumps in the road. She was always patient and responsive whenever we needed anything. After all that weve worked through together, shes is more like a friend to me than a realtor. I would highly recommend her to anyone!
Missy went above and beyond in helping us find our forever home. My husband and I have opposing schedules and a newborn which made it hard to all meet at once. She took the initiative to look at some houses for us and send us pictures and videos when we could not meet. Once she had an idea of what we were looking for, she would send us a list of potential properties that she suggested, all of which met almost all of our criteria. Her availability and response time was outstanding. We were in a rush to get out of our apartment because our lease was ending and she kept looking even when we could not.
I appreciate all she has done for us and she made the process enjoyable, manageable, and was straightforward throughout the entire process. She is a sweet lady who pulls out all the stops to help her clients and treats them like family. Highly recommended!!!
