I was purchasing a house in Florida while based on the west coast in rural Oregon. I am a first time buyer doing a 1031 exchange, with little understanding of the real estate market process. When I traveled across the country to see a property I had an accepted offer on, (that was terminated after inspections), He made time to show me as many properties in my 5 day stay as possible & drove with me to properties in rural settings. I was excited to choose the Trice Team with 904 Realty. Let me just give you some insight on this special team. In the beginning, I met with Martha and Travis and we discussed the whole process. Martha was instrumental in helping me get my townhouse ready to sell. She helped me to choose the right upgrades; what was needed to be done to give the place that WOW factor. She even helped me pick out the colors. She is knowledgeable in knowing what needs to be done to get your place ready to sell. She helped me stay in line and to not go overboard with the upgrades, too. She kept me in check. After all the upgrades were complete, she staged the townhouse and it looked fantastic. Travis took over once the contact was signed. He is knowledgeable and knows how to negotiate so that both sides come out winners. And, both sides did come out a winner.
