Noah helped us purchase our first home in the fall/winter of 2021. It was a difficult market to be buying a home in but Noah was exceptionally helpful and we ended up finding the perfect home for us. Noah was a delight. He guided us through a stressful process with confidence and good humor that helped us not feel overwhelmed. He was informative and gave us the tools, information and advice we needed to make the right decision for us. He gave us frank assessments of what this or that house would entail both financially and in terms of effort if we bought it. He never pushed us to do anything we were uncomfortable with. In fact, there was one point where we were trying to decide on a house we weren't in love with and I told him I was afraid if we didn't take this opportunity we wouldn't get another shot at a house we could afford in this market. He told me not to make a decision based out of fear and that the perfect house could go on the market tomorrow. We decided to pass on the house and keep looking. We had no idea how much effort went into selling and buying a house. Noah was extremely honest upfront and down to earth.
