We worked with Shane Wooten on 2 separate properties in 2019. First, we sold a house and bought the house our buyer was selling...a house swap. This was not a typical deal since it was a swapping of houses...and a bit creative to get our original house sold. Shane went above and beyond in this transaction both before, and after the closing. He impressed us so much, we used him again to sell a house at the end of 2019. In this case, he once again proved to make the process quick and easy. We listed 11/22...and closed on 12/26 - amazing timing! This one did require more effort on his part to close due as we were not in the area at the time of closing. Yet, he made it work. And once again, he went above and beyond up to closing, and still even after tying up small details for us. We are in a different area now, but would use him again in a second if he serviced our new area. We've bought and sold a lot of properties, and he's really the best. He's great at his job, and his assistant Ashleigh is worth her weight in gold. We highly recommend Shane for any real estate transaction. 2019
