There are not enough words to describe how fantastic Paula is to work with. This was our second experience working with Paula in 3 years. We had the opportunity to move out of state and had to entrust the whole process to Paula which we did without hesitation. Even in the "rough market" for sellers she was able to broker a deal which we were happy with. Paula gave appropriate advice as to what we could do in order to prepare our house for sale, and helped us navigate the uncertain market while we were 600 miles away. If we had a question it was answered directly and in a quick fashion. She gave us great advice when the market overall was in a stagnant pattern but kept our house near the top of searches to keep viewings coming. When we got under contract and until closing she kept the process as smooth and non-stressful as was possible. Any problems that arose during that time Paula immediately and acceptably resolved the issues. Probably the best descriptor of her we could give is that she makes you feel like you are her only client. In the case of someone who is adept and successful at her job as Paula is you know that is not the case she must have multiple clients. But that sense of professionalism and care Paula give to you do make you feel like she is solely dedicated to your home. Having to sell your home long distance can be an iffy experience, but not with Paula. I moved out of state before my house sold. Paula was the absolute best. We relocated to Colorado Springs from Phoenix due to a promotion. The realtor we had in Phoenix was mediocre at best. Paula is THE best real estate agent I've worked with in 6 military moves during the last 20 years. I used her to sell my house in SW Colorado Springs during the summer of 2017. She sold it for $5K more than the asking price in just one day! I was originally concerned that she might be more of a buyer's agent than a seller's agent, but her performance quickly negated any concerns I had.
She's a great communicator and kept me informed throughout the process. She's proactive and really excels at following up on open items without being a pain about it (a key quality for the customer moving - when there's a lot going on, you don't want to miss something, but you also don't want to be bugged about it constantly.)
