She also had a stable of resources for the home purchase--inspectors, painters, plumbers, etc.--that was extremely helpful being new to the area. Also note, because Tammi works closely with her husband, you basically get two realtors in one. Dick is a little quieter, smart, and knows the building trades well--he would often point out a structural or a plumbing issue, good or bad, as we explored different houses. Dick even offered, and followed through, with a couple of improvements and repairs we noticed in the walk through to help me get settled into the home we eventually bought--well after the papers were signed and I was moved in.
