We bought our first home during a difficult time. As first time home buyers with an infant during the COVID pandemic, this could have been a stressful process. While on vacation in Lake George we became interested in buying our own vacation home in the area and by chance, we met Lisa. She showed us several homes while we were on vacation and she was extremely accommodating to our vacation schedule. When we returned home, she continued to search on our behalf. Because we are from out-of-town, Lisa visited homes and did video walk throughs for us. She is quick on email and text. She followed up with us and with other realtors/attorneys and left nothing in limbo. She's pleasant and certainly not pushy. If she didn't know the answer to something, she quickly found out. She offered to do and did do some legwork that typical realtors wouldn't do. She has also referred us to home improvement professionals which was a big help. Lisa was absolutely amazing! She worked with me over a period of 6 months to find the perfect home for myself and my daughter. Once we found our home she continued to work incredibly hard for me. We found Lisa through word-of-mouth and have continued to thank our lucky stars for aligning her into our path. We were living out of state and Lisa was able to accomodate the one day we were able to look at houses from the list we had gathered from online. Including making accomodations for my limited mobility and need for extra time to get around. Once we decided to put in an offer Lisa was great at communicating with us and the seller's realtor (while we were at the airport, no less!) and we were able to come to a favorable deal before we boarded our plane with minute-by-minute updates. We had zero technology issues getting everything signed and turned around. Then Lisa *really* went to work for us going above and beyond with inspections, survey, chimney inspections, and getting estimates for work that needed to be done. She was able to offer us many options for estimates, and met each and every one at the house on time. She then smoothed the way for concessions from the seller. We were excited to see Lisa again face-to-face for the final walk-through and she led the way to the lawyer's office for our closing. It was clear that everyone (workers, lawyer, etc) who knew Lisa liked and respected her. We are now firmly on that list as well.
TL;DR Lisa works hard so you dont need to worry about a thing. Seamless house buying experience. Highly recommend. 2019
