Ben is by far the nicest most knowledgeable agent that I have dealt with. I felt he genuinely cared about the selection I made for a home. When I would ask him a opinion he would give me his honest opinion I felt. Any concerns I had were addressed quickly. I wish the listing agent would have been as great as Ben to deal with.

He was exceptional in his expertise in the housing market. He answered all my questions fully and walked me through the entanglement of purchasing a new home. He was available personally throughout the complete process which was equally important to me. I highly recommend Ben as a realtor and would be more than open to anyone that is considering home purchase/sale to speak with them personally myself. There is a plethora of realtors out there but to find one who genuinely cares is hard. Ben has my contact information.
