She came fully prepared with local comps, advice on what to refinish within the house that would grab a buyer's attention and SO many resources on everything from easy DIY projects to staging to tracking our showings. From day 1 of listing my home until completion of purchasing a home. Karena was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and invested in my process. In a stressful buying and selling environment Karena minimized the stress of it all by: providing a schedule based on my wants/needs, was always honest and open during the process, explained everything at a level I was able to understand, spent time outside of regular working hours to show listings or complete an offer. I had other realtors (3 who were friends of mine) prior to Karena (whom I didnt know) who were unwilling to send me listings or to help me sell my home. I WAS FED UP! Karena and I have been friends for close to 20 years so when I decided to sell my home and Karena was beginning her real estate venture she was my ONLY choice. My home was listed after multiple conversations (this was my grandmas home prior to mine- so there is SO much sentimental value to me and she was aware my attachment) which included educating me on the market, selling points and dealing with me calling her at all hours asking questions when something came up.
