I cannot say enough good things about my experience with Kim! We were the sellers and had our home listed as For Sale By Owner. Kim reached out to us on behave of her buyers and from that conversation on it was smooth sailing. Even though she wasnt representing us she answered any appropriate questions that she could as this was the first house that we had sold. She was respectful knowing the history we had with the home since we had basically remodeled everything from the bones. She remained professional but yet like a family member I had known for years. When my wifes grandfather passed away this year they had to put his house on the market. With in the first day on the market Kim Jarboe brought a gentleman to the house and with in a few moments he was ready to purchase the home. She made the the process easy for my wifes family selling the house easy. If we had any questions about anything we would contact her and would receive feedback quickly. If she didnt know she would work on finding out quickly to let us know. She would always keep us informed on what was going on. When the day finally came for the family to sign the papers it was easy and quickly getting this done for everybody. I had the best experience with Kim as agent. She was professional during the whole experience. She was extremely helpful in advising on simple fixes and updates that made a world of difference in look, but also on the bottom line. Kim spent countless hours going to the house checking on different jobs being done but also for all the open houses and visits from possible buyers.
