Starting the process of searching for a new home can be a daunting and challenging undertaking. And without proper guidance and local knowledge, it is a monumental task. When we first met with Soheila, she made us feel totally comfortable and confident that she would find us the home we desired. From day one, we felt that she was fully engaged and on our side every step of the way. Once we expressed our preferences and needs, she immediately began to provide us with listings that met those needs. She provided us with up to date listings daily, and when we reached out to her to visit those we were interested in, she responded immediately and made herself available to fit our schedule. Once we found the house that would become our home, she walked us through every step of the painstaking process, making what would usually be a scary process into a smooth one. We never expected such an amazing home-buying experience, and when we closed and walked out of the office with her, (yes, she was at our side there also), we felt like we were saying goodbye to a friend, as it hit us that after speaking to her numerous times a day for weeks, our daily touch bases were coming to an end. She is the best agent that I know: Did not push, was active getting tours, managed the offers in a professional manner, never left us alone or without support, and finally helped us make the difficult decision to sell the house and buy the other. When that decision was made, the integrated all the skills like attorney, insurance, mortgage, etc. to make the transaction happen. I would engage Soheila again in a heartbeat, but I think there won't be a next time.
