Awesome. My wife and I have sold numerous properties and have worked with numerous Realtors but without a doubt Thomas is one of the best. Our initial contact with him was on a Wednesday. Before we decided on a selling price he said he needs to do some homework. On the next day he presented us with the most comprehensive Comparative Market Analysis and Value Proposition I have ever seen. We decided on a selling price, and he was right on target. In 19-days we closed on the property. The price was not only in the right range but his aggressive selling campaign paid off. Of course we all know how confusing selling a house/property is. This was the best experience for selling a home from start to finish.
