Kriste Melcher is an incrediblely talented Realtor. She was marketing my home for sale before it was listed on MLS. (I wanted to clear my personal property out before listing.) She had a hard property to sell, due to the fact that my property was in shambles. She was able to negotiate a fare price for both myself and the buyer, as she acted as both the seller and buyers agent in the wall of my home. She showed incredibly professionalism throughout my entire selling experience. In fact she was so good at her job, when I was ready to list my property, she already had an interested buyer.
