Brittany was amazing! She found many listings for us. We loved some and some not so much but she had a lot of patience. We had lost on a few and that made us look into a new construction.
Though it wasn't our favorite but we were kind of set on it. She sat through the building process with us and showed us the location and lots we were choosing from.
Then Brittany had gotten us a private showing on a new listing. The house was amazing, it had the lot size we want and had more room than we wanted! We were ready to put in an offer that day if we lost we were going to end up building. I'm glad we did, the seller had took our offer and canceled their open house.
Everything was going smoothly and on settlement our loan officer told us the bank is not honoring their pre approval.
That in itself had a ripple effect, not only did it mess with our schedule it had also caused stress for the seller. Brittany called one of her friends to see if they could get us a loan as soon as possible.
That week was nerve wrecking but they pulled through and we were in the house within a week.
We couldnt be more happy with the service we received from Brittany and will definitely recommend them to everyone we know. Shes knowledgeable and always looking out for us.
