Excellent service from AHRE! The realtor gave me some advice for staging my house (flowers, lighting, etc.). AHRE sent their amazing photographer to take interior/exterior still shots and the 360 degree virtual tour of my house. The photographer even put up the AHRE For Sale sign and the lock box with my key so that people driving by could see my house up for sale immediately. Two days later my house, along with the amazing pictures and the virtual tour were posted on MLS. The whole process couldn't have been easier. Natsuki has been an excellent realtor. We are 1st time home-buyers, moving to Alabama from Virginia. She walked us through the processes. Natsuki was also easy o communicate with and she responds promptly to any questions. She listened to the type of house we were looking for and was able to send us new homes that were on the market within our search criteria. We really liked one home more than the others, and she was able to do a detailed video walk-through of the home. Based off of the video, Google maps, and the school ratings in the area of the home, we were able to make our decision.
Natsuki has the experience and forethought to adapt to any possible hiccups during the process, and quickly remedy them. In our case, the seller did not want to pay for all of the closing costs and we were able to work out a way that the remaining closing costs would be covered under our mortgage, so we would not have to pay out of pocket. She has recommended home inspectors, termite inspectors, and contractors who are able to get the job done timely and affordably. Due to health issues, we were not able to be present for closing and she agreed to be our power of attorney without any issue - which was much appreciated! Also, she communicated mortgage company and helped work through a small hiccup we had at closing. Natsuki is a great asset to Amanda Howard Real Estate and to our family! Horrible Company and realtor, Chase Curlee. Due to the inept behavior of the company and refusal to adhere to the contract myself and the seller almost ended up in a lawsuit. The realtor threatened to sue when I didn't want to take the property because they realtor and his sellers did not complete the repairs to the house as specified by contract. I will never sell or buy a house represented by Amanda Howard. 2015
