Ms. Ratchford hired our company to diagnose an ice maker at a house which was not working. Our technician diagnosed the maker and determined that it had been turned off, he turned the ice maker back on and it worked. There is a $99 diagnostic and basic repair for our services, which Ms. Ratchford was aware of because she booked online and it is on our website. When we asked for payment we were told that she was not paying for the service because it was so simple. If it was so simple why did she not work it out and fix it herself. Refusing to pay jeopardizes the survival of small businesses as well and denies hard working service people of payment for their time and effort. We have reached out to discuss the payment via email but have never gotten a response. Apparently Ms. Ratchford thinks not paying her service vendors is acceptable. 2020
