I cannot express my appreciation and gratitude enough for John and Peggy Cantwell. They are a team of realtors that doesn't just go the extra mile, they adopt you as family and work tirelessly to make sure your needs are surpassed. We had a crazy journey selling our house. They came to the initial meeting crazy prepared, had our house ready to go within like 2 weeks, and sold in 4 days. The buyers backed out on closing (after we had already left the state!) because they "couldn't see themselves living there anymore". Then our toilet spontaneously combusted and flooded our house for days - absolutely destroying it. So then we had to rebuild (thank God for insurance). Our PM for the rebuild was impressively bad. Like bad bad. John stepped up and basically took over and made sure our house got fixed. Not his job AT ALL. But thanks to his hard work we sold again - and for a higher value! Seriously - these guys are the fixers of the real estate world. Absolutely amazing. Use them!! I guarantee you will not be disappointed that you did. 2020
