Dealing with Mike Sanford of Barker Realty was indeed a pleasure. He was completely professional, proactive and not reactive, responsive to all of our needs and patient. Negotiating real estate sales, especially from out of town, is never easy. Mike made our experience the exception. I would recommend him without reservation to anyone interested in buying or selling in the Santa Fe market. We will miss our beautiful Santa Fe lot, but Mike made the experience as good as it could possibly have been. Thanks, Mike!

MIke was so easy to work with, from our first call through closing. Not only did Mike go above and beyond, but he did so through the worst of the Covid-19 crisis. We were able to communicate remotely (from out of state), identify, sift and sort through desired properties, and narrow our choices. Mike was open and available and even visited many of the remote properties we were interested in and acted as our eyes and ears in determining if we should go to the trouble of viewing the property. He really understood our needs and desires and showed us some really perfect matches. Mike was outstanding at understanding what we were trying to achieve and when our parameters changed daily and sometimes hourly, he rolled with the punches without concern. Mike was always responsive to texts, emails and phone calls and organized our visit so that we didn't waste a minute of our limited time. The flow of communication from start to finish was uninterrupted. Mike knew about a wide search area and had helpful and detailed information and insights about regions, neighborhoods and surrounding pros and cons. He is the Best Realtor we've ever worked with and displayed excellent negotiation skills and ethics. It certainly helps when your Realtor is a good person who really cares, and it was clear that Mike is a Good Person who really cares. We couldn't be happier and hope to work with him in the future. The Best New Mexico has to offer, in our opinion.
