Not only did he stay patient with me for over a year while I navigated the real-estate market, but he continued to impress me even after my house closed out of pure kindness. In no way is what Im writing bad but I felt more like I had a friend helping me more than someone Im paying to help me achieve my goals if that makes sense. I have no doubt he can be extremely professional if the time calls for it I think he sort of read me and my personality and adjusted accordingly which I would argue is much more impressive than just being a by the books professional robot.
Again I felt involved with the entire process but not overwhelmed with all the housing jargon if you will. I felt important and like I was the voice in the critical decisions and I didnt have to worry about the small stuff I wouldnt of really had time for anyways.

I really don't want everyone to know how much fun it's been to work with Jeremy Doze. I'm afraid he will be too busy with clients the next time I need to buy a property! My first attempt at buying property in the area didn't work out with another broker who shook hands with my husband only. The other realtor didn't seem to get that I was actually an investor and that I grew up in Coos Bay. No matter what I did, he didn't seem to get it. So it was a relief to find Jeremy Doze. Coming from out of state and only a brief drive through the Coos Bay Area several months earlier we really relied on Jeremy to be our eyes and ears as well as provide an assessment of the neighborhoods. His support during the process removed the normal concerns of relocating to a new area. Good all around upstanding person had to light a fire under the lenders butt, to hurry sale along took 3 months to close because of US Banks lender, I barley made my deadline to move called Jeremy and moved 3 days later.
