Joe helped us buy a house right in the midst of the Corona pandemic. We had been looking for some time prior and only when we got in touch with Joe did our dreams become reality. My family was placed in the difficult position of having to sell our mother's home to help continue funding for her nursing home dementia care. Joe couldn't have been more compassionate, patient and caring. He was recommended by a good friend, and we never looked back. His communication is excellent, he was always available through our silly questions. He was patient with our emotions and tears, and he even came to the house one day to help us clear out what remained in the house for donation. Who does that anymore! The sale was clean, there were no bumps. Joe is now considered a family friend, and he will be our go-to if we are ever in the need for real estate expertise in the future. I've since recommended him to neighbors who are now being taken care of by him for the sale of their home after the wife recently passed away unexpectedly.
