The apartment we bought was not on the market but Sharon Cantatore had talked to the owner at the same open house at which we met Sharon. She called the owner of the apartment and arranged for us to see it even though it was not on the market at that time. Sharon negotiated a price considerably below what the owner (who has a real estate license) originally wanted. I would definitely recommend using the Ricci team and Sharon Canatore.

She asked questions to get an understanding of what I was looking for, and showed a genuine interest. I had particular ideas and an extended time frame.
