she called my loan officer herself to verify my pre approval. bothered me a little to go behind my back and check if it was legit respond time was average an hour to 24 hours Though shes super Fast responsive when putting in an offer , shes gotta get paid right Late to showings as she seems to be really busy as I did request same day appointments She Texted that they had multiple offers but Im yet to see status change to active offer ^The market is crazy so unsure if it was a lie/tactic for me to cut back on the contingencies as I had a few put in place. Seem she wanted an accepted offer more then me Oh also I Had told her what I wanted on the offer and it took her a couple times to fix it as to my understanding it was something she didnt approve of. Got frustrated that I just decided not to continue the offer. To work with her again , probably not But She is knowledgeable about the market conditions and uses it to her advantage

There are no words to describe how helpful Karina has been throughout our home buying process. Her friendly personality caught our attention while we were attending an open house that she was the listing agent for. I highly suggest Karina as anyones realtor whether youre ure a first time homebuyer or not because shes not only a great realtor who explains everything in great detail (several times because I often forget haha) but a great person who is just a great joy to be around.
