Lidiya Korzhuk was randomly assigned to us through Zillow/Trulia when we requested to view a particular property. Although we purchased a different property, Lidiya worked night and day (literally) to make sure our best interests were represented -- everything from the initial negotiation price to a different transaction when it was discovered that the roof had 5 leaks and needed to be replaced as soon as possible, to finding a law firm to hold and disburse the "roof" escrow funds, to even helping us find a roofer and fill out the roofing building permit at closing. Because we are from out of State and needed this transaction closed as soon as possible, She also found us a great mortgage broker. Bottom line is that we signed the contract on January 5 and closed on January 23 -- truly amazing. We can't recommend Lidiya highly enough and plan to keep in touch with her for many years as she "has a guy" or recommendation for just about any repair or service we may need.
