As we know the housing market is insane right now, especially in Florida. When we decided to start looking for houses in Florida we had little hope of actually finding anything considering there are so many cash offers these days. Low and behold within 2 weeks we had two offers in on homes. Living in New York I thought for sure would prevent us from buying in addition to the aggressive market.
