Mr.Emerson is someone special. He took time out of his schedule even when he was on vacation to answer emails/ phone calls. He was in constant contact via email, phone calls and text messages when ever there was an update or change. Our first meeting with him was via webchat just so he could get some information on what we were looking for. Once he knew what we wanted he never sent us a listing that was over budget or something we didnt ask for. Once we found the home we wanted we had our walk through the next day and put our offer in. He set us up with the best local inspection company, septic, mortgage lender and much more. You can really tell he likes keeping his customers happy. He would answer questions promptly and if he was going to be unavailable for an extended amount of time he let us know and give us contact info for who to contact in case. He was professional through the entire process and has even been in touch after the closing to make sure everything was satisfactory. After a long and stressful process he went the extra mile and got us early access 3 days prior to closing to paint our kitchen. I couldnt have asked for a better realtor. Steve was knowledgeable about the market in the area, great communicator, patient, and always available to show us homes. Steve was efficient before, during and after the offer was accepted. After the inspection, Steve was a strong negotiator. He promptly communicated with the seller's agent, with our lender and with our lawyer. The house was on the marker for less than 24 hour when we saw it the first time and within 7 weeks we close. After closing he helped us to find local contractors for small renovations. He told us: "My job does not end with the selling. Please do not hesitate to call me if you need anything". This is our fifth house and worked with many agents and Steve is right at the top.
