Victoria has relationships with a number of professionals that assisted with the clean-out of the home (brought to charities or disposal), shredding of old, sensitive documents and deep cleaning of the property. Victoria priced the house appropriately, taking into account its numerous upgrades. The house sold the day after the Open House showing. I highly recommend Victoria and her team.
