Our first instinct with Anthony was that he would do a great job as a buyers agent for us buying a house in Greenville. We really liked him and even thought he could help us with future dealings UNTIL we saw that he and the other Keller Williams agent who sold us the house had the property listed as 2,000 square feet in all of the listings and paperwork for the house. In the end, the property IS 1845 square feet, not a MINOR detail in the world of buying and selling homes. He acted like this was no big deal, so buyer beware, if you are ok getting incorrect information from a totally nice seeming agent, go ahead and go forward. If you want to be able to trust two Keller Williams agents to tell you the truth as they get paid their 6%, dont be so sure. Thats why there are lawsuits all over the United States right now. Its truly sad because we trusted and thought Anthony was our agent and he isnt.
