There arent enough words to explain how incredible Lynn is as a realtor and as a person. My partner and I were relocating to Idaho all the way from Texas and were luckily enough to have met and worked with Lynn on our home purchase. The term going above and beyond cannot encompass everything that Lynn did for us. Weeks before our trip she was in constant communication with us about the properties we were interested in and areas we wanted to look at. Moving 1,700 miles across the country is daunting and buying a home in an area you know nothing about was the part we were most worried about, thats until we met Lynn. She not only made the entire process more than seamless, she took care of us as family. The moment we landed in Idaho she had 14 properties ready for us to visit, we did it IN TWO DAYS!! Her ability to understand our wants and needs better than we did, and her consistent guidance and support was more than we could have asked for. Her care for us continued weeks after our closing. She continued to check on our home as we were still out of state. Worked with our builder to finish out some details, she even took measurements for us so we could order our new appliances! We could go on forever, but the bottom line is there are some people that just do their jobs and then theres Lynn, who sets a new bar and doesnt stop at just being your realtor but your friend and biggest advocate!! If Lynn didn't have the answers she would get them. Her knowledge with the area is outstanding! A dedicated, hard working agent. We are so lucky to have found Lynn!
Lynn gave us the absolute BEST experience ever buying a house. She made the whole experience enjoyable, stress free, and exciting. She listened to our wants and needs, helped us find houses that were in our budget, and was super quick to answer questions and get us appointments to view houses. She walked us through each step and was there through it all. Even after signing she has been super helpful in all the things that have come after.
