I can say without any reservation that if you are selling or buying a home, Christine is the realtor to have! She was referred to me by another local professional, and she helped me list and sell two rental properties at the same time. Since I was an out-of-state owner, all of the details for prepping a property for sale seemed daunting - knowing reputable repair, painting and appliance contractors, and understanding the local market. Christine jumped into action immediately, and she recommended exactly the updates and repairs needed and provided me a virtual walkthrough highlighting areas needing repair or paint prior to listing. She helped arrange contractors, and made herself available when they needed access to the property and to review their final work for me. Christine was referred to us by my parents who had recently worked with her on the selling and purchasing of their home in 2014.
