She wasn't great with responsivness but it turned disastrious when we were under contract. She made TONS of mistakes writing information in purchase agreements. She did not too what I asked her to do n multiple occasions. I was a first time home buyer and she did no explain the process well at all.

As an out of state investor, Gloria was not only able to be my boots on the ground, but she was able to provide market expertise that was way more valuable than the purchase alone. Not to mention she was able to negotiate and close a deal while she was in Hawaii. If that's not commitment to service, than I don't know what is.
