I first met Maritza Cortazar during our Laveen Moms Painting night. I was not looking for a home at that time but I knew after that night that I would definitely go to her when I was ready to purchase. I loved her energy and enthusiasm when it came to real estate from the day I met her.
Once I was ready to buy, I contacted her and she was on top of things. The process was a little rocky in the beginning, we ran into bidding wars and I was losing hope.
