I initially spoke to another relator from another agency recommended by a friend. I received impression of a limited marketing plan which included only 1 or 2 photos for listing & conservative listing price. Tammy Elliott was open to more aggressive marketing plan, including using virtual staging, and she suggested the higher listing price, which ultimately was the price accepted for the property.
I moved out of state prior to the listing going live resulting in Tammy needing to handle the majority tasks needed to complete the sale. There was a 2 hour time difference between us. I had a question about an item in an offer & called her @ 7 pm my time, 9 pm her time. She went back to the office to find the answer. I was impressed because I expected her to tell me should would respond back in the morning. Thanks to her effects, the transaction was seamlessly completed.
Working with Tammy Elliott was great! She's super easy to talk to. :) I appreciated how quickly she was willing to get into new properties that popped up so we could place an early bid on the house if we wanted. We bought sight unseen and I felt like her comments when selecting the house were helpful- she noticed things we couldn't see via the video link and I appreciated all her thoughts and comments. Realtor of the year award goes to Tammy for sure... we went through her to purchase land when we where in Alaska. Never did we visit Oklahoma we put our trust in her completely. Not only did she go to a few properties and do FaceTime with us and sent many photos. Getting detailed photos of the areas I requested. She knew what we wanted and when a property appeared she immediately got ahold of me. (Remind you we are in Alaska 3 hrs behind Oklahoma time) she worked late night for us on numerous occasions.. with this new property she was able to go to the land and again FaceTime us and we purchased this land. Then with a fall out with a modular home company she got me in contact with a contractor to build me a custom home!! Then with a fall out with our pick of a mortgage lender. She once again stepped up and helped me secure a different lender! Did she stop there... many realtors would have, not Tammy. She was with us through this roller coaster till it ended.
And started again over and over.
We got the lender she set up and our home finally started to build. She again went out of her way and reached out about concerns or photos for us (yes we are still far away). She is the best. She's there for you and your family. She isn't just doing this for income. She is building friendship to last. I would highly recommend you for to Tammy.

Over the course of searching for houses, Tammy learned what styles of houses my wife and I liked and would recommend matches for us, sometimes before photos hit the internet. Tammy never left us with questions. If she didn't have an answer right away, she'd find out ASAP and get back to us. She didn't let anybody (lender or title company) overlook minor details that could have affected my wife and I.
