So even if you are, like most people, not looking for a house that you need or want to do work on, you want an agent like Russel to help you. All houses will have things that, to the untrained eye, will be a cause for some concern. Does your agent have enough experience and knowledge from dealing with such problems to give you a reasonable opinion on something that might be a concern?
