When my wife and I first found the home listed, Amy was extremely easy to get ahold of and answer any questions on the property. Seeing it was also easy (I believe we saw it the first day that we called about it).
I believe from the first phone call to the closing date, it was about a month. There was some back and forth to make sure that everything was going smoothly (title search, wiring money, etc.) and Amy helped keep the ball moving in a polite and respectful manner to all of those involved.
